Shipping Updates
Shipping update: 6th of February 2026
Dear SOLDRers,
This week brings another clear step forward in fulfillment. Multiple batches are now either arriving at regional warehouses or have cleared customs, and final production is wrapping up at the factory.
As always, we’re sharing the most accurate information we have based on current tracking and logistics updates.
Please note: All timelines below are best estimates based on current information. International shipping and customs can still cause small shifts along the way.
📦 1. Where we are right now
• We have fulfilled approximately 2,000 orders in total
• Total backer orders are approximately 3,500
• This means about 1,500 backer orders remain
A small number of remaining orders from Batch 6 are included in Batch 7, which is now in active transit. This consolidates everything into the final fulfillment flow.
Fulfillment is actively ongoing across all regions, with multiple batches now entering or completing warehouse intake. We are firmly in the final stretch of delivering all remaining orders.
🏭 2. Current production & shipping status
Shipments continue to move via regional warehouses, where orders are handed over to local carriers for final delivery. This setup allows for clearer tracking and more predictable last-mile delivery.
Batch 7 (including remaining Batch 6 orders)
Europe, UK, Middle East
• Expected to arrive at the regional warehouse tomorrow
• Fulfillment will begin as soon as warehouse intake is completed, with deliveries starting shortly after
United States
• Shipments have cleared customs
• Expected to arrive at the US warehouse in the coming days
• Fulfillment will begin immediately after warehouse intake
Batch 8 & 9 (final Kickstarter orders) & 10 (remaining e-commerce orders)
• Finished at the factory, with orders picked and packed
• Ready for pickup by the carrier for transport to regional warehouses
• Estimated delivery to customers: approximately 10–14 days after warehouse arrival, depending on region and carrier handling
⏭️ 3. What comes next
• Batch 7 completes warehouse intake and moves into final delivery
• Batch 8 & 9 ship to warehouses and begin delivery to backers
• Batch 10 ships to warehouses and begins delivery to e-commerce customers
• Kickstarter & e-commerce fulfillment enters its final phase
❤️ A quick note
We know how important clear information is, and we’ll continue sharing the most accurate estimates we can based on real data. While dates may still shift slightly due to customs or carrier handling, everything is now actively moving through the system.
We’ll keep posting weekly updates until all backer orders are delivered.
Thank you for your patience and for supporting SOLDR. We’re getting very close now!

Orders are handed over to local carriers for final delivery
This improves tracking, reliability, and delivery predictability
The latest batches are already in transit, with deliveries rolling out region by region.
🏭 Production & delivery status
Early batches are already delivered and in use
Current batches are in transit or arriving at regional warehouses
Final batches are being produced right now
As things stand today, all remaining pre-orders are expected to be delivered in February, based on current production and logistics timelines.
Please note: delivery dates are estimates and can still shift slightly due to general logistics, customs or carrier handling
📦 What this means for you
If you've already ordered and are still waiting, your kit is part of the final fulfillment flow
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is handed to the courier
If you have questions, reach us anytime at support@soldr.pro
🔧 Improving as we go
We're continuing to refine both the product and the fulfillment process based on early user feedback. This includes small quality improvements, clearer assembly guidance, and smoother coordination across production and shipping.
❓ Should I order now?
Orders placed today are still handled as pre-orders while we finish the final batches.
New orders are expected to ship shortly after the remaining pre-orders
Once all pre-orders are delivered, SOLDR will move to standard in-stock fulfillment with normal shipping times
While SOLDR is still in the pre-order phase, orders include a 20% pre-order discount. If you're comfortable with a short wait, ordering now secures both your place in line and the discounted price. If you prefer immediate shipping, we'll clearly communicate once SOLDR is fully in stock.
❤️ Thank you
Whether you're waiting for your kit, already using one, or just discovering SOLDR, thank you for your patience, trust, and support. We're very close now.

All remaining pre-orders expected to be delivered in February
Shipping update: 4th of December 2025
Dear SOLDR customers,
Thank you so much for your patience. We know many of you have been waiting longer than expected, and we fully understand how frustrating that can be. Your support means the world to us, and our entire team is working hard to deliver your SOLDR kits as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Below is a clear overview of what has been happening and what to expect next.
🧰 1. What's Been Happening
Production Status
We have now shipped more than half of all pre-ordered kits, and production is becoming smoother every day. We began with the Deluxe Kits due to early production and supply constraints. As those challenges were resolved, we increased our output and are now ramping up to 500–1000 kits per week.
Customs Issues (A Small Number of Orders)
A small percentage of early shipments were delayed at customs because they were sent before full certification was finalized. In some cases, customs officers requested additional documentation or charged fees.
If your order was delayed or you were charged a customs fee, please email:
support@soldr.pro
To reimburse a customs fee, please include:
- The amount charged + currency
- A photo or PDF of the FedEx (or carrier) receipt
EU customers:
- IBAN
- BIC/SWIFT
US customers:
- PayPal email
- Wise email
- Or: account holder name, routing number, account number
Reimbursements are processed every Monday.
Missing or Incorrect Parts
Because each kit is packed manually and this is a brand-new product for our team, a few early orders arrived with missing or incorrect parts. Quality control has since improved significantly, and this is now rare.
If anything in your kit is missing or damaged, please contact us:
support@soldr.pro
We will resolve it right away.
Tracking Issues
Some customers have experienced unreliable or missing tracking updates due to a temporary shipping workaround used before full certification.
As a result:
- Tracking may not update reliably
- Some parcels have arrived before tracking notifications
This will be fully resolved once our FedEx certification is active. From that point forward, tracking will be consistent, reliable, and accurate.
Thank you for your patience while we finalize this transition.
📦 2. What Happens Next
FedEx Certification
We are now in the final stage of certification with FedEx for all components, including flux, magnets, and the fan/light battery.
Once certification is complete:
- All kits will ship with pre-paid customs
- No more customs delays
- No more unpredictable tracking
Shipping Acceleration
As soon as FedEx is active, we will increase shipping to up to 1000 kits per week, covering:
- Remaining Deluxe Kits
- Original Kits
- DIY Kits
- All orders with add-on combinations
Shipments will be organized in the most efficient way possible based on order number, factory workflow, and logistics scheduling.
Timeline
All remaining SOLDR pre-orders are expected to ship within the next 3 weeks.
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the factory.
